LANTA Fit-Out

LANTA is the public transportation provider for the Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton, PA area. The 7,800 SF suite fit-out combined two existing suites into one to create a local call center and evaluation center for customers with disabilities. The project included complete demolition of walls, ceilings, lighting, floorcovering, and MEP.

Project budget: $400,000. Project timeline: 3 months.

MY ROLE:  Project Manager, Building Property Manager.

  • Defined scope of work.

  • Established project budget.

  • Hired and managed architect and contracting team.

  • Oversaw permit drawings and permitting.

  • Managed daily activities through occupancy to meet lease commencement date.

74 West Broad St. 

74 West Broad Street is a 120,000 SF Class A building located in the heart of the downtown Bethlehem, PA. The building is 5 floors with an exterior patio and bridge connected to the city parking garage. 74 West Broad Street has 17 tenants as well as  two restaurants, two retailers, and one healthcare provider. All leases are NNN with reconciliations performed annually.

MY ROLE:  Property Manager, Leasing Agent

  • Managed entire building and surrounding property, as well as accounting functions.

  • Maintained exceptional tenant and vendor relationships..

  • Leased First Floor suite for first time in seven years; seven year term with two renewal options.

Basement Renovation in Easton, PA

This unfinished 2,200 SF basement was designed for family gatherings with a living area, children's play space, bar and wine room, exercise area, ladies lounge, and powder room. It also houses an art gallery to exhibit a large collection of Major League Baseball and Notre Dame sports memorabilia. The scope included custom millwork, humidifier system for the wine room, copper topped bar, stone walls, and specialty moldings.

Project budget: $350,000. Project timeline: 6 months

MY ROLE:  Project Designer, Project Manager

  • Defined scope of work, project budget and timeline.

  • Performed complete design services including space planning, CD's and material selections,

  • Hired and managed architect and contracting team.

  • Managed daily construction activities through to Certificate of Occupancy receipt.
